The “Praise excellent service!” campaign took place throughout March, during which time, companies and society as a whole were encouraged to pay greater attention to client service culture in Latvia.

Since high client service standards and the pursuit of ever improving satisfaction of our clients’ wishes have always been among Nordtext’s operating cornerstones, the decision to take part in this year’s campaign was self-explanatory.
This year, a total of 124 companies and institutions took part in the campaign, aspiring to nominations in their respective sectors. Nordtext represented the category of companies whose clients are legal entities (B2B), and at the end of the campaign we were pleasantly surprised to learn that Nordtext had attained the title of the most praised company in this category!
We are most grateful to the campaign’s organisers for organising a professional campaign, and, of course, to our trusted clients for the praise bestowed on us. Thanks to the special award conferred by the Latvian Chamber of Commerce and Industry (LCCI), we have become a member of LCCI.
The most praised company title signifies important recognition of our work to date and will provide us with tremendous motivation to continue to adhere to the traditions of excellent client service in our future work, offering clients convenient, quality and individually customised language solutions.
