On December 15th, for the fifth consecutive year, the Ministry of Economics of Latvia in cooperation with the Investment and Development Agency of Latvia (LIAA) granted the Export and Innovation Award 2009 to the 30 most successful and innovative companies in Latvia in various categories.
SIA Nordtext took part in the competition for the first time and, having withstood two rounds, took second place in the final in the category Best Exporter in small partnership group.
“Placing second is a great accomplishment, which motivates us to continue to develop business and seek new export channels in future. We wish to thank our employees, as well as all of our clients and suppliers for trusting us and for providing support in our everyday work. We are also especially pleased about this award because it clearly demonstrates the export potential of Latvia’s service sector. We hope other service providers will follow our example and will take part in the competition next year”, says SIA Nordtext CEO Arturs Svekris.
