Each year Nordtext takes part in the marathon, which reflects some of our core values – working together, reaching for positive results and living healthy. And, of course, it is simply a great way to spend the Sunday morning!

This was the 24th Riga marathon and it had more than 24,000 runners from 61 countries. Since the marathon usually takes place in the heart of the Riga city center, the participants get to enjoy the novel experience of seeing historical sights while running along streets usually filled with daytime traffic.
 

A special treat this year was the symbolic “Kilometer of Culture in Brīvības Street” that was filled with a special program of culture, music and performance.  

We are looking forward to a good run also next year!

The purpose of this European standard is to establish and define the requirements for the provision of quality services by translation service providers. It encompasses the core translation process and all other related aspects involved in providing the service, including quality assurance and traceability.
