Nordtext participates in the "Praise excellent service!" campaign

For the seventh consecutive year, the “Praise excellent service!” campaign is being conducted in Latvia and Estonia. The two goals of the campaign are to acknowledge those companies with the best customer service performance and to increase both countries’ customer service standards overall.

As high customer service standards have always been one the key ingredients in what we do here at Nordtext, it is no surprise that we have decided to participate in this year’s campaign.

We would, therefore, be very thankful to all of our customers if you could spare a few seconds of your time and evaluate our customer service level.
